The Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program or SINP Canada nominates eligible applicants to apply for Canada PR through the Provincial Nominee Program (PNP). Through SINP, Saskatchewan invites students, foreign workers, and entrepreneurs to settle in the province and contribute to its culture and economy.
SINP Programs
SINP Canada offers many pathways for international workers, students and business persons. Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP) has four main pathways.

SINP International Skilled Worker
The International Skilled Worker category nominates eligible international applicants who aim to permanently work and settle in Saskatchewan.
The International Skilled Worker category of the SINP does not mandate a prior Saskatchewan work experience. SINP International Skilled Worker offers six pathways:
- SINP ISW Employment Offer – This pathway nominates eligible foreign workers who have a job-offer from a valid employer in Saskatchewan.
- SINP Occupation in-Demand – Nominates foreign workers who are skilled and experienced in an in-demand occupation in Saskatchewan. This pathway DOES NOT require a prior job-offer.
- SINP Express Entry – get provincial nomination through this SINP International Skilled Worker pathway if you have a valid Express Entry profile.
- Tech Talent Pathway – This pathway is for foreign skilled workers who have a valid job offer from an eligible employer in a high-skilled tech occupation in Saskatchewan.
- Hard to Fill Skills Pilot – This pathway seeks to attract and nominate foreign workers who get a job offer in intermediate or low skilled professions in Saskatchewan.
- International Healthcare Workers EOI – This is not a distinct category under the SINP International Skilled Worker pathway. However, this EOI pool connects the foreign healthcare workers to Saskatchewan employers and assists them in getting a job offer. Once they get a job offer, they become eligible to apply for ISW Employment Offer or SINP Hard to Fill Skills Pilot.
