Documents checklist

How to get a Cyprus Work Visa?
You get a job and your employer applies for a Cyprus work permit
First, you must get a job in Cyprus. Once you do, your employer applies to the District Labour Office, demonstrating that no qualified EU/Cypriot candidates are available. They submit Form M.64 (work authorization) and Form M.58 (entry permit) to the Civil Registry & Migration Department. The work permit takes 4-6 weeks.

After work permit is granted, apply for the work visa at a VFS Global India centre, using your employer-stamped forms, passport, photos, insurance, medical and criminal clearance
Arrive in Cyprus with your work visa
With visa stamped in passport, you can legally enter Cyprus and begin working.
Apply for Residence Permit
Within 7 days of arrival, visit a local Immigration Unit or police station to apply for a Cyprus residence permit. This finalizes your legal right to live and work under your permit
