Canada has announced another round of federal invites i.e., Express Entry draw which is held on 24 July 2019 and invited over 3,600 applicants to apply for PR visa. The CRS cut-off score in this draw was CRS 459 points, a less of 1 point over the score of 460 in the past draw.
This draw was the second back-to-back round that welcomed 3,600 applicants for Canada PR. There was a boost of over 250 ITAs over all the 10-program Express Entry draws held between January 30 and June 26 that had a cap of 3,350 ITAs each.
IRCC has now issued over 49,000 ITAs so far in 2019 out of 85,000 ITAs target set for the current year 2019. With Canada’s primary focus on three express entry skilled streams and its Provincial Nominee Program, which is also mostly linked with the Express Entry framework, the upcoming draws can be predicted to be of similar nature.
PNPs connected to Express Entry are beneficial streams for applicants as the Express Entry applicants who get a nomination from any province, gets an extra add o f 600 points towards their CRS score which further lifts the candidate’s CRS total and thus selection chances in the upcoming draws.
The provinces of Canada like Ontario, Manitoba, Prince Edward Island and British Columbia issued nomination to candidates via Express Entry pool.
