A Slovakia work visa or type-D visa allows Indian professionals to live and work legally in Slovakia. It is issued by the Slovak Embassy or Consulate after a temporary residence permit for employment is approved by the Bureau of Border and Foreign Police. Steps to get a Slovak Work Visa

You get a job offer in Slovakia and the employer applies for your work permit.

Once you get a job offer in Slovakia, your employer will file for either a Blue Card or a Temporary Residence Permit for Employment. This will depend on your qualifications. The processing time for this is up to 90 days.
