PEI-Work-Permit-Stream

Prince Edward Island Provincial Nominee Program (PEI PNP) has a stream especially for entrepreneurs, the PEI Work Permit Stream. Through the Work Permit stream, applicants with business management experience and those who own business and intend to settle in the province, may apply for nomination

Once nominated, the applicant may apply to get permanent residency through Canada’s Provincial Nominee Program.

This is a temporary residency to permanent residency (TR to PR) stream, hence, an applicant first receives a work permit to come to the province and establish their business, and only after their business has been operating for a year and they meet Performance Agreement, the applicant can apply for nomination.
