It was a general draw which required candidates to score 290-445 CRS points.
The candidates who received an invite had work experience in an occupation in NOC TEER category 0, 1, 2, or 3. Though it is not for sure, these candidates may be eligible for the French-Speaking Skilled Worker stream.
If they qualify for the stream, they may apply for a nomination. Further, if OINP accepts their nomination, they can then apply for Canadian permanent residency.
