PEI & Quebec invites 1,031 Candidates in Latest Provincial Draws

Prince Edward Island held its latest PNP draw on 29th February 2024. The province sent 24 invitations to apply for permanent residence to those working in the Healthcare and Construction sectors.

Recently, Prince Edward Island announced prioritizing certain occupations to be invited based on labor shortages. Hence, the PEI provincial immigration pathways are making changes in the number of applications it would accept and which occupations will be invited more often.

The sectors that will be prioritized in upcoming draws will belong to trades, healthcare, childcare, and other such occupations. As a consequence, candidates in the sales and service sector won’t likely receive an ITA at this time.
