What is a Australia Study Visa?

The Australia Study Visa, officially known as the Subclass 500 Student Visa, is issued by the Department of Home Affairs. It allows international students to study full-time at a registered educational institution (CRICOS) in Australia.   • Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC) for the entire stay
  • Academic transcripts and previous qualifications
  • Statement of Purpose
  • Medical examination and biometrics (if applicable)
  • Police clearance certificate (if required)
  • Visa application fee receipt (AUD 710)
