How to get a Work Visa in Romania?
Secure a job in Romania and the employer will apply for a work permit on your behalf.
Once you secure a job in Romania, your employer will apply for a work authorization (work permit) on your behalf through the the IGI portal. This usually takes up to 30 days

Within a few days of arrival, apply for your Temporary Residence Permit at your local Immigration Office (IGI). Submit your work permit, employment contract, passport with entry stamp, photos, and any updated insurance or medical documents. Once issued, your Temporary Residence Permit allows you to live and work legally in Romania. This is valid for up to 1 year and is renewable.
