Step-by-step guide to apply to the MPNP Skilled Worker in Manitoba pathway

STEP 1: Create an Expression of Interest or EOI

Creating an Expression of Interest (EOI) is the very first mandatory step in your MPNP application process. It is just like creating an online profile and you should not confuse it with an official MPNP application. In order to create an Expression of Interest for MPNP, you must follow the steps below-

• Create an account on the MPNP online portal: You will have to create a username, password and provide your email id. Once your account is created, select the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) option as shown in the figure below.

Once you provide all the required information your application will look similar to the image below. Once you have submitted your Expression of Interest (EOI) you will receive a confirmation email from the MPNP portal. STEP 2: Receive a Letter of Advice to Apply or LAA

Getting a Letter of Advice to Apply or LAA means that the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) is inviting you to apply for provincial nomination through the Skilled Worker in Manitoba pathway. You must submit a complete application along with supporting documents within 60 days of getting an LAA. While submitting the MPNP SWM application, you will also have to pay a non-refundable fee of $500.

STEP 3: Application is assessed by an MPNP officer
