On 24th May 2024, the Canadian province of Manitoba called for 253 candidates to apply to its stream for a provincial nomination. If you received an LAA in the latest MPNP draw, you may apply to the stream you were invited in.

1. Skilled Worker in Manitoba
121 candidates can apply for a nomination if they have a close relative living in Manitoba. This relative must already be a Canadian PR or a citizen of Canada and already living in the province for the past 1 year or so. Moreover, the candidate must have scored at least 782 out of 1000 EOI points to be eligible for this round.
2. Skilled Worker Overseas
MPNP sent 39 letters of advice to apply to its Skilled Worker Overseas stream. The candidates were required to demonstrate that they were already invited by the MPNP under a Strategic Recruitment Initiative and had at least 688 EOI points.
3. International Education Stream
93 profiles declaring they met the eligibility criteria of the International Education Stream received letters of advice to apply in the latest round of draw.
Out of the total 253 letters of advice sent, 29 were received by candidates who had a valid Express Entry profile and a job seeker validation code.
