What happens after receiving an LAA?

Once a candidate receives an LAA, they can submit a complete MPNP immigration application. An LAA lasts for 60 days, so keep in mind that you need to submit an application within this time frame.

Once the Manitoba government approves your application, you will officially receive a provincial nomination. Since you received a nomination, you can then submit a PR application to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC). Remember to apply for PR within 6 months.
