MPNP Latest Draw – 25 June 2024

On 25 June, Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) held a targeted draw to invite candidates to apply to its Skilled Worker Overseas (SWO) stream. This draw was for candidates whose profiles declared that their current occupation is in nursing.

The draw issued 250 LAAs to candidates with at least 516 EOI score and NOC code that matched any of the following:

  • 31301 – Registered nurses and registered psychiatric nurses
  • 31302 – Nurse practitioners
  • 32101 – Licensed practical nurses
  • 33102 – Nurse aides, orderlies and patient service associates

Out of the overall LAAs, 93 were sent to those with a valid Express Entry profile number and a job seeker validation code.

AAIP Latest Draw

Alberta held 2 draws recently but only released the draw information after quite some time. The first one was conducted last month, on 28 May, which sent 99 notification of interest (NOI) letters to candidates with a score of at least 302 CRS score

The other one was held on 18 June, in which 73 NOIs were issued and the minimum score requirement was 1 point less than before, that is 301 CRS score.

Alberta has again called for candidates to apply through the Dedicated Healthcare Pathway, and so, they were required to have a job offer from an Albertan employer too.
