The provinces of British Columbia and Ontario latest PNP draws have finally released information on how many invitations the Canadian province sent out in the month of May. Overall, there were two draws. The first one, conducted on 9th May, 2023, and second on 8 May, 2023 respectively. Invitations Released in May- BC PNP
The British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP) evaluates the IRCC’s Express Entry pool on a regular basis to locate applicants who may be eligible for one of British Columbia’s Express Entry immigration streams.
Individuals who applied for provincial nomination under the BC PNP received around 155 ITAs from the British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program. The BC PNP issued 155 invitations across four streams.

For the targeted draws, around 155 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) for permanent residency of the Canadian province, British Columbia, were issued. The minimum score as per the streams are below:-
- Tech workers: 90 minimum score
- Childcare (Early childhood educators and assistants): 60 minimum score
- Healthcare: 60 minimum score
- Other priority occupations: 60 minimum score
Invitation Released in May- Ontario PNP
The Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) evaluates the Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) Express Entry pool on a regular basis to identify applicants who may fit the requirements of one of Ontario’s Express Entry immigration streams.
The Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) issues ITAs to eligible candidates on a bi-monthly basis, with some exceptions. The most recent Ontario PNP draw took place on May 8, 2023. The Health draw received a total of 2,349 ITAs, with scores ranging from 427 to 482.
