AIP allows international graduates and foreign skilled workers to immigrate to these provinces:

  • Nova Scotia
  • Prince Edward Island
  • New Brunswick
  • Newfoundland and Labrador

These Canadian provinces are also known as Atlantic provinces. The candidate wishing to immigrate to any one of these provinces, first must have the intentions to live and work there. And secondly, they must qualify to immigrate there.

  • meet language requirements: based on your job offer’s TEER category, you need CLB/NCLC 5 for TEER 0, 1, 2, 3; and CLB/NCLC 4 for TEER 4. 
  • meet educational requirements: 1 year Canadian post-secondary education credential for TEER 0, and 1; and Canadian high school diploma for TEER 2, 3, and 4. 
  • have enough financial resources: to sustain themselves and their family when they come to Canada
