    There is no such surety of getting a PR through any of the pathways. Whereas, you can expect 60-70% chances that can turn out to be  0-100% even. All this depends on your scores and document verification by the Canadian Government.

     It may take you around 6-8 months after you receive the LOA (Letter of Acceptance).
