The latest PNP news is regarding Quebec and Ontario conducting its first draws of October. The two draws were held on 26th October, and 30th October. The two Canadian provinces have invited more than 2,300 candidates. Moreover, those candidates invited by Quebec have a direct chance to apply for permanent residence in Quebec.

In the latest PNP news we have Ontario and Quebec inviting candidates for Canada PR. Overall, more than 2,300 invitations are released. 

OINP Draw

Date: 30 Oct, 2023

Invitations: 1,117

Minimum Score: 42 points 

Streams: Masters Graduate and PhD Graduates

OINP-Draw

Ontario sent out 1,117 invitations to the Masters and PhD Graduates stream. The Canadian province has called for 1,051 candidates from the Masters Graduates stream. The lowest required score for this round of draw was 43 points.

From the PhD Graduates stream, the total number of candidates invited were 66 and the minimum score considered was 42 points only.

Quebec Regular Skilled Worker Program Draw

Invitations: 1,220

Minimum Score: 465 points

Quebec also conducted its first draw of October in which it invited 1,220 candidates from various occupations. There were two rounds of Quebec Draw, and both of them invited candidates from separate occupations and considered separate minimum scores. 

The first round’s minimum score was 465 points, and it invited candidates from the following NOCs. Moreover, the candidates invited also had level 7 French language proficiency.
