Details of the Draw

First things first, the draws conducted aimed to fulfill the need of labor shortages that almost all provinces and territories in Canada are facing. And since one of the categories targeted were Occupation in Demand, we can clearly see that the province is battling workforce shortage in its own way.

Around 500 eligible candidates received invitations to apply, or ITA. These candidates were carefully selected to meet the growing demand of workers in the province.

Two categories were considered in these draws. The first category is Express Entry from which a total of 268 invitations were sent out. The minimum score was 69.

Second category is Occupation in Demand. In this category, 232 candidates received invitations to apply further for permanent residence in Saskatchewan. As mentioned above, the minimum score remains the same.

Those who didn’t receive an invitation must understand that not all candidates from all occupations were invited. Only certain occupations were considered in both the draws.

The codes of those occupations are:- 11202, 12013, 12102, 13201, 21301, 21310, 21321, 21399, 22100, 22111, 22212, 22301, 22302, 41402, 70012, 72106, 90010, 92012
