First MPNP Draw 2023 Issues 322 LAAs

Manitoba has invited a total of 322 candidates under the provincial nomination in the most a recent and first draw of the Manitoba provincial nomination program, which was held on 12th January 2023 and 27 invitations were issued to applicants who declared to have a valid Express Entry Profile. 260 Invitations were issued under skilled worker in Manitoba with minimum score of 734. 20 Invitations were issued to skilled workers overseas in Manitoba with a minimum score of 713. 42 LAAs were issued under the international education stream.
NOTE: If your MPNP application was submitted on 16, november, 2022, then your MPNP nomination and permanent residence application will be evaluated using NOC 2016, and hence it cannot be switched to the NOC 2021 version.

Manitoba provincial nomination program started a new expression of interest draw for profiles using the new NOC 2021 on 16, 2022. The draws are conducted on a regular basis on the MPNP’s and it requires applications to meet program objectives.
