Step 1: Create Account Online
First of all, create an account online to apply for Canadian citizenship. Most of the applicants go for the online application option, and only a few choose to apply on paper.
If you choose to apply for Canadian citizenship on paper, get an application package which will contain all the forms you need to fill out and a document checklist.
Step 2: Choose Application Type
After creating an account, sign in and select the kind of application you will be submitting. If you are applying just for yourself, choose the Adult (18 years of older option), or if you are applying for a minor, choose the option considerably.
Step 3: Provide Required Information
Once you start the application, you will be asked to provide information about yourself, and if anyone is accompanying you, about themselves too.
