Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) conducted the latest PNP draw on 27th September 2024 to invite a total of 348 candidates. The candidates are invited to apply to the International Education Stream and Skilled Worker Overseas stream.
The invited candidates can apply for a provincial nomination, if they meet the stream requirements. And once they have been approved as a provincial nominee, they may apply for permanent residency.

Details of the Draw
The number of Letters of Advice to Apply (LAA) issued, the minimum score needed, and the requirements of each stream are listed down below:
For the International Education Stream, 269 LAAs were issued. These LAAs were issued to candidates who declared their profiles met the eligibility criteria of the stream.
The remaining 79 LAAs were issued to candidates to apply to the Skilled Worker Overseas stream. These candidates scored at least 582 EOI points and declared that they were invited by the provincial government under a Strategic Recruitment Initiative.
Out of the total 348 LAAs issued to candidates to apply to the International Education Stream and Skilled Worker Overseas stream, 56 LAAs were issued to candidates who had a valid Express Entry profile number. They also required a valid job seeker validation code.
