1. Critical Workers
The Critical Workers stream of Prince Edward Island PNP is an employer-driven stream that allows PEI employers to hire semi-skilled workers for certain job positions. These employers must have not been able to fill such job positions through the Canadian job market, and hence, have to depend on international workers for the same.
This stream basically selects applicants with a job offer in NOC TEER 4 or 5.
2. PEI Express Entry
As the name suggests, the PEI Express Entry stream selects eligible applicants from the Express Entry pool for nomination. To be eligible, you must have an Express Entry profile in the EE pool of eligible candidates.
Once an applicant is nominated, their EE profile will receive an additional 600 points and will most likely be invited in the Express Entry draws sooner.

3. Occupations in Demand
The third stream under the Prince Edward Island PNP is the Occupations in Demand stream. Through this stream, PEI employers can hire required international workforce to fill vacant job positions.

4. Skilled Workers in PEI
Similar to other employer-driven streams of PEI PNP, the Skilled Workers in PEI stream allows employers of the province to nominate eligible workers for immigration. To be eligible, an applicant must have a job offer in an occupation in the NOC TEER 0, 1, 2, or 3.
5. International Graduates
The International Graduates is for students who recently graduated from a PEI post-secondary institution (publicly-funded) and have a non-seasonal, permanent job offer to work in the province. The job offer must be in an occupation in NOC TEER 0, 1, 2, or 3. In case the employment contract is in NOC TEER 4 or 5, the applicant must meet the language requirements and score CLB 4.
6. Intermediate Experience Stream
The Intermediate Experience Stream helps PEI employers to hire international workers in job positions that cannot be filled by the local job market. The workers selected under this stream are provided with a work permit support letter so they could apply for a work permit and work in NOC TEER 4 occupation.
7. Skilled Workers Outside Canada
If the PEI employer is authorized by the PEI PNP, they can hire international workers for job positions in NOC TEER 0, 1, 2, or 3, through the Skilled Workers Outside Canada stream by first issuing them a work permit support letter.
